Welcome to the Colorado Institute for Leadership Training
The Colorado Institute for Leadership Training brings together emerging progressive leaders from the private, non-profit, and public sectors to travel Colorado, build their leadership skills, learn about the issues, policies and the people of this great state, and become engaged citizens.
Not only does the Colorado Institute for Leadership Training (CILT) offer class members access to the policy makers and experts on a wide variety of Colorado-specific issues, but it also provides an excellent opportunity to network with other members of our community and develop long-lasting friendships and business relationships with class members and alumni.
If you are interested in CILT and would like to receive emails about upcoming events, programs, and applications for upcoming classes, please email the CILT Executive Director at
