Calendar

In addition to CILT's annual statewide leadership program, the Institute has developed a wide range of programs and services including issue salons where one can discuss current issues, happy hours and networking events, alumni workshops, and social/cultural events such as theater tickets and Rockies games. Most of these events are open to the public. The actual classes, alumni workshops, and alumni retreats are reserved for CILT alumni and current class members. Click on the calendar below to learn of specific information about our programming.

The Wild Trout Chapter of Trout Unlimited presents An Evening with Congressman Mark Udall and Famed Colorado Photographer John Fielder to benefit The Eagle River Preserve and the Wild Trout Chapter/ Trout Unlimited.
There will be a silent auction and a program. The silent auction starts at 6 with the program at 7:30 pm.
The Eagle River Preserve is an open space acquisition project in Eagle County, where a current gravel pit will be transformed into a 72-acre open space park, creating prime fishing access along the Eagle River.  The price tag for this property is $12 million, and the Vail Valley Foundation has already raised over $11 million, but they need to reach their goal of $12 million by September 5th for their offer to be accepted.
Tickets for the event are $40 in advance and $50 at the door.  We are currently in the process of asking for Platinum ($1000), Gold ($500), Silver ($250), and Bronze ($150) Donors for our event.  We are hoping that you might be interested in helping us with this cause and attending our event if you are in town.
Please feel free to pass along this email to any outdoor enthusiasts, anglers, sportsmen, and conservation-minded people that might have an interest in attending this event.
The Denver Post Outdoor Writer Charlie Meyers wrote an article that attests to how special this property is and how important the preservation of this space will be for Colorado.
