In addition to CILT's annual statewide leadership program, the Institute has developed a wide range of programs and services including issue salons where one can discuss current issues, happy hours and networking events, alumni workshops, and social/cultural events such as theater tickets and Rockies games. Most of these events are open to the public. The actual classes, alumni workshops, and alumni retreats are reserved for CILT alumni and current class members. Tuesday, September 27 2005, 7:00pm - 9:00pm

The Museum has teamed up with the office of Mayor John Hickenlooper and Denver Water to offer a series of presentations on the challenges and potential solutions to water issues so vital to us in Colorado. The experts say that what we do in the next five years impacts the next 50. So what should be done? Hear some of the best current thinking and innovative approaches to managing this precious resource and learn about models for regional cooperation. Each presentation will aim to feature a metro-area water expert—including Justice Greg Hobbs, Steven Boand, and Peter Binney—paired with a national water expert. The final date will be Mayor Hickenlooper leading a roundtable discussion about the issues raised by the speakers. A reception will be held with each presentation. Complete list of speakers and topics coming soon.
