In addition to CILT's annual statewide leadership program, the Institute has developed a wide range of programs and services including issue salons where one can discuss current issues, happy hours and networking events, alumni workshops, and social/cultural events such as theater tickets and Rockies games. Most of these events are open to the public. The actual classes, alumni workshops, and alumni retreats are reserved for CILT alumni and current class members.
